My furnace broke mid February and from the first call Cozy Comfort Plus exceeded my expectations and it was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. They had someone here within two hours who very knowledgeable and gave me several options. I ended up deciding to replace my furnace and they had it done the next day. From my first contact on the phone, to the technician to the installation staff they were all professional, responsive and truly a pleasure to work with. In a little over 24 hours the heat was back on and at a very fair price. I cannot recommend them highly enough as it's a stressful time when your furnace goes mid February. They even submitted the rebates before I had a chance to call them the next day!! All I can say is WOW.

I had a great experience with Brian from Cozy Comfort from initial phone consultation, followed by in home visit on the same night to ensure right furnace was selected as my old one had quit. Great price was competitive and install performed 1 day later and everything works mint! Will definitely use these guys again.

Gave an appointment from 1pm to 5 pm five days ago but did not show up even though I called many times on the appointment day to remind. At 11.30 am I called and got answered by a person who took notes of my name, my email, my address and told me someone will call back. An hour or so a man called back, did not seem to have his company booking information with him but said a technician would come. At 3 pm I called again and got answered by a different person who took notes of my name, my email, my address and told me someone will call back. No one called back and no technician show up. This is not only unprofessional but also rude and irresponsible. Do not expect it to provide good service.
